El refugio
Hace un par de semanas mi amigo y semicompadre Alexis me mandó una foto por correo absolutamente impresionante. Era esta:
Se supone que es una foto de la salida del sol en el polo norte, con la luna creciente, realizada por Inga Nielsen.
Solo que no es una foto, en absoluto 
Es un fotomontaje realizado por Inga titulado «Hideaway», es decir, «El refugio».
Cuando Alexis me envió la foto me pareció sintética, cosa que se determina comparando el tamaño angular del Sol y de la Luna. Ambos deben ser similares. Por eso se producen eclipses de sol, dicho sea de paso.
Le he pedido permiso a Inga para publicar la composición, así que hago una pequeña traducción al inglés para que ella también pueda leerlo. Si encuentran algún fallo, ¡avisen en los comentarios!
Few A few weeks ago my friend Alexis sent me the impressive picture showed above.
The picture seems to be a sunset in the North Pole with a giant crescent Moon over the sun and was made by Inga Nielsen.
But it's not a picture photograph at all It's a composition named "Hideaway", performed by Inga.
When I first saw the picture I thought it was sintetic synthetic, although I had no proof about it. However, you can find out it's not a real picture photo comparing the angular size of the Moon and the Sun: they have to be similar. We have total solar eclipses due to this equivalent angular size.
I have asked Inga for permission to show the picture, so here it is, a translation into English. Hope that I made not too many mistakes in the translation, but if you find one, please leave a comment!

Hm, me suena mejor a few weeks ago, pero no sé si es un error o no.
En cuanto a "sintético", creo que la forma de escribir la traducción es synthetic.
Por lo demás, todo correcto, a mi juicio ;-)
